Westbound CTA Blue line train arriving at the Harlem / Circle Avenue station. Forest Park Illinois USA. June 2007.

I photographed this scene on a busy summer afternoon in June of 2007. Seen here along the southside of the I-290 Congress Expressway, is the Chicago Transit Authority rapid transit station in Forest Park Illinois, wich is between south Harlem and Circle Avenue in Chicago's near Western suburbs. A westbound Blue line train, with an incorrect Orage line (oops!) sign on the carfront, is seen coming to a stop at the station. In the background to the right, is the CSX Transportation Co switching local. The CSX local is seen dropping off covered hoppers full of bulk sugar at the Ferrara Pan Candy Company.
This view is looking east from the South Circle Avenue overpass bridge, in west suburban Forest Park Illinois USA.
