Big changes are currently taking place in north suburban Glenview Ilinois.
The old Glenview Public Library located at 1930 Glenview Road, was constructed in 1967. While it was adequate for the first several years, it eventually became small and outdated for this towns needs.
A "New" library was constructed just east of here at the intersection of Harlem Avenue and Glenview Road in 2009 and 2010, and had just opened recently.
The old library is viewed slowly being demolished during a light November morning rain shower.
