In two weeks from now on Saturday, May 14th 2011, I will be hostng a photo slideshow presentation in the Community Room, at the Franklin Park Public Library. The Library is located at 10311 West Grand Avenue in Franklin Park Illinois.
The theme of My presentation, will be a photo and video tribute to Chicago's recently closed Kiddieland Amusement Park in Melrose Park Illinois, wich was in business there from 1928 until the park had closed for good in 2009.
If You have some old photos of Kiddieland, perhaps an old home movie transfered to DVD of Kiddieland, or a memory or two to share of the place, then You will enjoy seeingthis presentation.
Perhaps You were once a seasonal Kiddieland employee, or just someone who enjoyed visiting the place with family or friends.
If so...Please stop in at the Franklin Park Public Library on May 14th from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, and enjoy the fun.
