SP # 4449 three train meet. Franklin Park IL. Aug 1st, 2009.

I photographed this digital live sound video, on a rainy Saturday, August 1st 2009 in near northwest suburban Franklin Park Illinois.

The occasion, was a "Rare" visit by preserved Southern Pacific GS 4 Class 4-8-4 Daylight steam locomotive # 4449. wich was built by the Lima Locomotive Works of Lima Ohio in 1941.
In this video, We are treated to a three train meet between displayed # 4449, an eastbound Canadian Pacific transfer freight train departing from the nearby Bensenville Yard, and a westbound Metra commuter train enroute to Elgin Illinois over the former Milwaukee Road west line.
