The Hesston Steam Museum. Hesston IN. Sept 2010.

I photographed this "End of the day" digital live sound video last September, at the Hesston Steam Museum in northwest Indiana near Michigan City.

It is approximately 5:15 PM, and the Hesston Steam Museum is now preparing to close for the night. The days operating session has come to an end, as the 2 foot narrow guage steam train is being backed up to the carbarn.

The locomotive is a meter guage ( U.S 2 foot track guage) 0 -8- 0 industrial steam locomotive originally from Germany. The open coaches, are originally from Chicago's Brookfield Zoo. These operated on the zoo's Brookfield, Salt Creek And Western Railroad from 1967 until 1985.
