I took this photo at the annual West Chicago Illinois "Railroad Days" celebration, way back in July of 1983.
A visitor to the fair, was preserved 1907 Alco built 4-6-0 steam locomotive # 1385 from the Chicago & NorthWestern Railroad.
This locomotive was visiting the festival, from the Mid Continent Railroad Museum in North Freedom Wisconsin USA.
