I photographed this digital live sound video one morning back in early November of 2011.
We are on location at the Lake Cook Road Metra commuter rail station in the north suburban town of Deerfield Illinois. A slow moving northbound Canadian Pacific freight train traveling over the former Milwaukee Road north line mainline, is overtaken by the fast moving Amtrak Hiwatha, regional passenger train enroute to Milwaukee Wisconsin.
