One of the fun things about being a member of a local model railroad club, is that sometimes you won't know what might show up on the club layout during an operating session.

Fellow club member Joe, owns and occasionally operates this colorful Fleischman H.O Scale imported model, of a German prototype 0-8-0 steam locomotive.

This model is equipped with DCC and Sound. Even if you have never traveled to Germany, this engine's high pitched European "Peanut Whistle" and unique external clapper bell sound effects, will literally take your railfan imagination there.
